These guys are for real. Their customer service is excellent and the price they charges was vey fair indeed. I've never had such a good experience getting a computer repaired. Friendly and customer service oriented, Amir and the other members of the staff communicate clearly, deliver on time (or ahead of time!) and charge extremely reasonable prices. Remember when customer service meant service for the customer? Getting the work done is one thing, giving the service expected by the consumer is another. I have used HB Computers in the past and I was very satisfied. This time when I went to pick up my computer I thought maybe it belonged to someone else. Amir did things to it that wasn't required. These guys go the extra mile to provide good customer service. My computer got infected with a virus and I needed it back ASAP and to have all my data saved. To make saving the data quicker, they installed extra memory in my computer for the cost of the memory chip only. Thanks much guys. Read More »

Went to HB Computers for a Data Transfer from one laptop to another. They charged less than the Mac shop down the street for this service, which was great! A tech even stayed late to finish working on my computer so I could take it home the same day. Great service! Read More »

About 5 years ago I walked into HB Computers in Huntington Beach CA. My Laptop was dying and these guys restored it to new again. Miracle workers they are. I've taken my daughter and son's computers to them as well each time we get the same great results. Their honest and up front and will recommend services that will enhance the usefulness of the PC. They are simply the best, I have had an excellent experience with them. My computer needed lots of work to be fixed, and needed to work on it for my finals and they finished it for me on time. "I was hesitant to bring my computer to this place when I had a computer crash. Amir was very understanding and so very helpful, and did not make me feel lost like most technicians make you feel. He also went many steps further, getting me set up with an external hard drive so I would not loose data in the future and also set me up with POP forwarding into Live, so I would not loose e-mails should I have another crash.
