Paid 675 dollars for services. He never reached out to me it was always me having to remind him of certain dates to run reports. If you didn't contact him he would just forget about you. When I saw no change in my report and saw that all he was doing was disputing charges, which anyone can do for free with a click on a credit monitoring site, I got tired of waiting and asked for a refund.
