We've been pleased with Chris Kline at Fortress. He has good insight that has turned-out protective for us, keeps his word in offers, and shows Fortress has lower costs for certain services. They have even tolerated our fateful pick of remaining with Equity Institutional as the IRA Custodian with which we began. Recently completed my rollover into gold and silver. Took over 3 months to complete all my research. The only company that stood out to me was Fortress. Chris Kline there was incredibly helpful and patient. He helped me understand the basics and clarified a lot of confusion I got from other companies and online research.
