A compliment resulting from a problem. A young lady was "manning" your customer service line yesterday (19 June) when I called for information related to a new account. She put a good bit of time and effort into helping us set up service from a correctional facility to our home but due to the location (and possibly the staff) of the facility, there was no way to complete our connection.
