A few years ago, I used almost all of my 401K monies to make home improvements to my house. That was a huge mistake that I hope future homeowners can avoid. After spending over $150,000 to make home improvements, the housing market crashed. Jessica is always available to speak with, which is very important to a customer depending on your company. When the IRS started sending us letters, because we had not filed in many years , I new it was getting bad, I just did'n know where to start. We kept thinking next year we will take care of it for sure.
