New owner. Bad service. Waited almost 5 min before acknowledged at counter. (I was the only customer in the store!!) I pre-arranged to pick up a particular bike on a certain day. Salesperson promised to set the bike aside for me. When I arrived -- bike was not there. Saleswoman was disinterested and unapologetic about her error. I then had to wait 3 hours for them to contact warehouse, get the bike, and assemble it. They charge $5 per sheet for stick-on decals!! Although the bike assemblers... Read More »
