The prior review by Austin F. is right on the money. Our non profit was unfortunately a victim of this scam. Despite certified letters sent to Case Distribution Services, IDCSERVCO and the Attorney General of California, Case Distribution Services continues to engage in these fraudulent activities. This is a telemarketing company that calls businesses, misrepresents who they are on the phone claiming to be their regular copier toner supplier and tells them they have a great deal. Unsuspecting employees who don't know that toner is free in their service agreement or know what toner should cost think they are doing the right thing by ordering "before the price rises" and end up ordering a $50 toner cartridge for $439.
