I needed a very specific Bluray Drive for my laptop, and I ordered one on amazon. The person on amazon was Chinese and had no idea what they were selling, and I got the wrong one, and I promptly returned it. I can't understand how these people stay in business and selling to US customers - even from China. Their website clearly says "2-5 business days" shipping. I ordered my product and was charged over 25 days ago. I'm told by their customer service team that I should "be patient" and expect it to take at least another 7-10 days. Ridiculous.
