If they are charging you an upfront fee to modify your mortgage then they are breaking the law - short and simple. If they require you to pay them anything then they are scammers. There are hundreds of these scam operators using Trustlink to post phony good reviews to lure in consumers. I am writing this to express my deepest thanks to Resolution Law Group. Late December I signed up with them. I am a single mother of 3 young children and I work at Wall Mart.
