I ordered a swing canopy cover and it did not fit. Their link for return instructions did not work, so I emailed 3 times before I received a reply. They told me to ship it to Canada for a return and they would charge a 20% restocking fee. Even though this cost more than what the product was probably worth, I did it anyway.
