Buyer Beware. Do not use this builder. What starts with a promise ends up a nightmare. I am taking JG Marcus Homes, Glenn Neese to court for: lying to me and not registering me for the 2/10 warranty as per my contract, costly delays of thousands of dollars due to their errors, forcing me to close when work was not completed, screaming at me, refusing to do a final walk- through, using cheapest items for finishes, sub-contractors sub-standard work continues to give me problems especially from...
