This review is long overdue. Julie is awesome. She is always available to ask and answer questions. Even if the question my be a small one, she has a solution. All my paperwork was filed correctly and on time. Oaktree did all the follow-up. They were they and on time for every court appearance. I forgot to list some of my creditors and they were able to add them. I needed to do a modification and Oaktree filed the correction. I retained these thieves to file a quiet title on my San Clemente home I have a court order to the proceeds. Defendant never solid as ordered, instead transferred to their own "Blomberg pour over trust", for under cost we paid 10 yrs ago and mortgaged for 1.5 million. Larry Fleeceman and Justin Jerk charged me $5K and did nothing. I explained it was a straw (fake) buyer, as I saw mail to above trust in my box, PO said is ONLY mail recipient! From Day 1 our experience with Oaktree was wonderful. The team walked us through the entire process, told what to expect and kept us informed. I was in debt up to my head and didn't know what to do, bills keep coming, rent, car note, and so on, until one day driving home from work I herd this commercial on the radio about Oaktree law, I wrote down the number and made a call the next day, best phone call I ever made, Oaktree law took care of all my financial problems, I I would highly recommend Oaktree law to anyone whos in debt or having financial problems. I can't believe it, talked to this so called attorney just now. Said it was going to cost me @2450.00 to take on the case. But in talking with him it was clear he did not even think I had a case. I asked him if I would get my money back if nothing was done. He said NO, my loss. Don't be stupid people, just deal with outside sources other than this. There's nothing in this life that could be more stressful, and could cause more anxiety, when contemplating a Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy, and, pursuing a home loan modification. I called Oaktree Law with what I thought was a huge problem concerning a issue with a property that I needed to have power of attorney over. I was able to get the exact information over the phone for free. They did not try to swindle me out of money. I initially contacted Oaktree Law through the internet for a modification. Got a call from a Renee. Saw a bad review so emailed July who emailed me back. Later Julie put me through to Marissa. My wife and I went to see them when our bank wouldn't work with is on fixing our ARM. We met with Rex who spent lots of time learning about us and our situation. He listened and offered to call the bank on our behalf. He was able to get a bank rep to get us a fixed loan but the interest rate was so high we refused it. He advised us to go a different route. I had found Oaktree Law through one of their ads. I called and spoke to one of their staff who turned out to be very knowledgeable. Personally, I hate it whenever I speak to a "salesperson" who does not know much or anything about the technical details I am calling about. If you are looking for someone to help save your house, call Oak Tree Law. My husband and I were struggling to pay our mortgage payments the banks wouldn't help us, told me that they couldn't help unless we were in default. Thanks for helping me on my loan modification. I tried to do it myself, but just ran into dead ends dealing with Bank of America. After going through the process with Oaktree Law working with me, I know it wouldn't have been possible without their help. Loan mods require professional assistance from an attorney who knows what they are doing and who will stand up to banks and ensure that the bank's employees won't deny you a modification due to incompetence. I went to Oaktree law during a difficult and stressful time in my life. I had debt I couldn't afford to pay and a mortgage that had become difficult to afford. I find that it is not just neat, but absolutely great when you can get the help you need at a critical time. I have tried on my own 3x's with NACA to go face to face with my lender, Indymac. I had an adjustable pay option that would be adjusting this July. I was also underwater. Julie Moradi-Lopes was able to help our family out. I first went to her law firm Oak Tree Law to get help with saving our home that we wanted to keep. I went to them with a sale date and the bank was telling me I had to pay them 55,000.00 dollars to save my home or do a chapter 13 bankruptcy. I sat down with Oaktree law and not only were they able to prequalify me over the phone before I paid them but they also modified my loan and kept me from having to lose it. The modification I received from my bank was still too high and Oak Tree Law was able to re-qualify me for the government modification. My bank had denied me from that modification... Read More »
