Pacificbanc Mortgage had great rates, were very upfront with the costs and took a great deal of time to give me exactly what they initially offered. No other mortgage bank has taken comparable amount of time and care to make sure that I got what I needed. I had been trying for over 2 years to refinance my home under the HARP program without much success. I learned that because my home was under Freddie Mac, mortgage companies were less willing to work with me. I have worked with Joseph Shalaby and Pacificbanc Mortgage to do numerous home loans. Joe is honest, hard working, and makes things happen! As a self-employed person, I was denied a few times because not all my income shows up on W-2s. Joe worked tirelessly make sure that everything went through on time. Thanks Joe for all your work! I had to write a review and let people know of that wonderful experience I had with PacificBanc and their staff. They were honest and upfront with me, managed my expectations properly, and they were very kind and helpful. My loan officer Joe Shalaby was absolutely terrific.
