I owed a substantial amount of back taxes to the I.R.S for an audit I received. Zip Tax was great from the beginning, reviewing my case and communicating what they needed from me( documents etc.). I would like to express my gratitude to the ZipTax team. I owed over $25K in taxes and I went through some financial struggles (i.e. Divorce and Heart Sugery). After working with Zip tax for over two years they got my settlement down to $500. Been dealing with the I.R.S for 12 years. Supposedly owed $18,000 in back taxes. After getting with ZipTax almost a year ago. ZipTax was able to get a settlement for $700.00. Zip Tax literally gave me my life back by helping me with a 50K debt with the IRS. for 5 years my business didn't do well. We started off on shaky ground at first some miss communication. I got in touch with one of the managers Stephanie. who I finally started to get the right answers and she opened up a direct line of communication. From then on it took some time but in the end Zip Tax saved me 10's of thousand dollars that the IRS would have charged me. I came to Zip tax with a tax bill of 26k. The team at Zip tax helped me with dealing with the IRS directly. Ive never had such a personal experience that seemed so close from coast to coast. Zip Tax set out to greatly reduce our tax debt and they did just that! I had to withdraw from my 401K due to financial trouble and that put us in over 10K in tax debt! They got it reduced to just $500 with just 5 payments! Now we no longer have to stress out about that huge financial hole! I had been very distraught over my tax situation. In November, I heard a radio advertisement for Zip Tax and called. I spoke with their associate, he let me know my situation was not unique.
