Their underwriter scammed my wife and I out of 1650.00! He stated we would be foolish not to let him help us. Bank of America immediately denied our mod package request stating are interest rate is good and we do not qualify. CAA stated they would get back to us and have their "compliance dept" review our loan. Never heard back from them numerous emails and calls go unanswered. These guys are Horrible! They told me i qualified for the program. they then charged me $1650. they sent me out a packet to send to my bank. i sent it in and my bank said i didn't qualify. i called consumer advocacy assistance for a refund and they said "sorry. We cant help every one". These guys need to get shut down! I will be contacting my State Attorney General! Read More »

I called in very skeptical. From start to finish I was never in the dark. Chase walked me the entire way through it also with the help of Mandy, the processor. From the moment I called to the time I received my new payment that was $1,123 dollars less than prior. All penalties are cured and I'm diverting 543 dollars a month into investments to never have to worry about this again.
