I ordered a product for my uncle. Never arrived. Yet on the same day that we ordered, his credit card was charged. And how is it that no matter what time you call, they are busy. So you leave a name and message...and wait and wait, and you still do not get a reply! WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT???? There is a reason that all reviews coincidentally happened within a week - because the company wrote them. National Brace and Splint/ExaMed is full of crap. Their "customer service" is non-existent. They say you can call or chat online anytime but conveniently no matter when or how many times you try, they are all "busy" forcing you to send an e-mail that they won't answer. Don't even try getting your order next day because they will say "it didn't make our shipment in time" even if you order... Read More »
