After Paypal took almost 8000USD from my account, without any valid reason, i reported the matter. I then received the following email from the executives office. JUST TO FIND THAT THERE WAS NO EMAIL SENT TO ME OR MY INBOX. I SIGNED INTO MY ACCOUNT NUMEROUS TIMES JUST TO FIND AN EMPTY INBOX. THEY STILL DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY EITHER. PayPal, does not care about their customers being abused. I have endured anxiety, pain and suffering as 72 year old senior citizen, not being able to access my money, that was wrongfully taken from me via PayPal guidelines allowing unknown "fake" vendors to First process $7.95 and then $103.95 later not once but twice. On November 6th of 2019, I bought a bunk bed from sale club LLC online. It was $164. I don't usually buy online unless they have the option to pay with PayPal. I always felt safe with knowing that PayPal had the buyer protection policy. A week or so went by, past the delivery date, and my son had still not received the bed. Opened up a PayPal account for my eBay purchases. Soon there after I started getting calls about an overdue account... what account? I called immediately to try and resolve the issue. I thought it was resolved, getting more calls. I call back, resolve again. Now I'm getting calls AGAIN! Mind you, I have NEVER used any PayPal credit account.
