I was contracted by this company here in 37128 to do some work at a retirement home of sorts. After completing the work and turning in paper work they told me they had a month on paying for jobs to make sure the work was correct. Aggravating but ok i get it. After a month no contact no money. Did job at Advance America was told that a credit card was required for service was told when they received the invoice and work order for the job the credit card information would be given and have contacted them several times and still no card info. I worked on some Eddie Bauer stores here in and near Seattle and have been waiting for payment and it seems they only give bizarre excuses I would not recommend anyone working for them. Never do work for this company. We were contacted by 1Stop Maintenance to do work for a local retail store. We were to deal straight with them and not the retail store. After completing the work, we sent them the forms they requested. We NEVER got paid and we had an approved work order never got anyone to respond to our e-mails. Never ever deal with this company , they are liars. They would hire you as vendor and would never pay you, check rip off report .com just google 1 stop maintenance and you will see what I am talking about. They screwed a lot of people . They would never pay you. They replacing vendor by vendor and no one gets paid ever. Hey everyone if you consider to work with 1 stop please think again, you never gong to get your payment on time and if you will that going to cost time and constant pressure on staff, lairs , those people make you feel you not a human, however if you done some work for for those rats and did not get pay, call to straight to corporate you done work for and tell them that you going to put them on collection , worked for me. Do not work for or hire this company. We subcontracted for this company doing an emergency repair job and then a lighting job a couple months later. Still waiting on payments from that work completed last year - with very little expectation that we will ever be paid. 1 Stop Maintenance is a SCAM!I wish I would have seen the reviews prior to accepting work orders from them! They will not pay for multiple invoices that are long past due. Their telephone 866-470-2630 is a JOKE. They offer no help on the phone and give you the run around, no one is ever in the office or they are out to lunch. We did a job for this company at a TJ Maxx in Birmingham Alabama. We repaired the problem, mailed an invoice but cannot get paid. I have called and left so many messages that I have lost count.
