We had a very poor experience with Coastal Pacific Lenders. They made many promises during the loan process, but did not follow through on their promises. We ended up with a loan servicer with a rating of very poor from the Better Business Bureau (due to the number of complaints, lack of transparency, and failure to honor mediation).
