I am so glad that I got in contact with Jeanie Tran in 2013 We re-financed and Jeanie did a fantastic job! I have dealt with other lenders but the whole process has been so time consuming and frustrating but Jeanie made it so much easier and had the answers to all of our questions. Jeanie follows through. I was a bit skeptic, having to trust and work with some one from a long distance, to proceed with a badly need loan with lowest possible rate. My Loan officer, Amy Tran was very helpful and put me at ease in no time. I was contacted by Open Gate a while back. Our value was not what it should have been to get a loan. I was told they would check back with me later once the values had a chance to catch up. When Tammy called me I told her that it wasn't worth her effort to try helping me. She insisted that she thought that she could help me. I trusted her and she did not let me down. We talked first to our current mortgage holder and then several companies who all told us that our numbers wouldn't work out. Then we found Jeanne and Amy at OpenGate Lending who said they could get it done. It took a little while but they were able to get us approved for a great interest rate with a solid bank. Like most of us, this was not my first refinance. I was ready to begin what is normally a long process where by lots of paperwork is required. With Opengate, Amy and Tammy were amazing, approval in record time with very little paperwork needed. We have been trying to refinance for 4 years and have had nothing but problems and turn-downs. When my wife contacted Jeanie Tran at OpenGate - I did not have any confidence but my wife did and she worked with Jeanie. We got a streamline FHA refinance on our 30 year mortgage with Amy Tran. The process took a little longer than usual because we had a foreclosure and my busy work schedule but Amy got us a 3.25% rate, 2 full percentage points lower than what we had before. I just want to let everybody know that getting a lender for your mortgage is a stressful experience. You just have to trust them otherwise nothing can be done.
