I worked with Anthony to refinance two homes, my primary residence and a second rental property. He promised the lowest rate at absolutely no cost and he delivered exactly what was promised. Both homes had existing mortgages around 4% and now both are at 3.00 percent, saving me about 200 dollars a month on each property. As I am retired and have only retirement income this was not the simplest loan for underwriting but Anthony got the job done as promised. I recommend him highly. Read More »

Anthony Perez is an absolute paragon of efficiency. We were able to re-finance our house in record time; he knows exactly what is needed to process and doesn't ask for unnecessary paperwork. We were referred to Anthony after out refi with a large banking institute was taking over 3 months to close for no other reason than lack of efficiency. on their part. I worked recently with Metropolitan Home to refinance my first and second. Ray was terrific to work with. I travel a ton and he was so good with his follow up. The loan process through Anthony was terrific, easy, they walked me step by step and great communicators on time line and what was needed.
