Yes, NO actual legal documents will be provided, both Noble Gold and Equity Trust pretend not to understand your request and have successful delay techniques to anyone who retires with a changed address and phone, I've played over a year with Equity Trust and the continually revised requirements for their Identification. Former long time customer when ETC seemed to be one of the only custodian for our self directed IRA/Roth account. What was once poor customer service continued to decline - if that's even possible. The last straw was when I wanted to establish a "check-book-IRA" and was told I could not (told more than once) by their incompetent staff. Poor customer service and incompetent handling. It took me three weeks and countless phone calls to cash out my IRA. Half of the time the line was busy for hours on end. I never talked to the same person twice, and every one of them bungled something. They also wanted to charge me with a bunch of bogus fees.
