I know this company had issues during Covid with staffing, and product supply being delayed. It was a nightmare for a lot of companies. I have been dealing with Premium Poly Patios for over 15 years now. Buying my first poly adirondack chair back then. Adirondack chairs still looks brand new and just completed another order for a dining set. Which came in the timeframe they described, excellent communication. Placed order 3-18-2021 for balcony table. Even though not even available to ship, was immediately charged, which is unusual. Most companies I deal with charge when item available. Received emails that product was delayed. Just last week received notice that product will not be available. This used to be a great company with great customer service, but no more. I ordered in April and they did not fulfill my entire order. I have written their "HELP DESK" seven times and they are still MIA. Sad really, COVID just isn't a good enough excuse. Don't use our credit cards to keep your company afloat. We ordered 10 chaise cushions on July 8, 2020 (a purchase totaling more than $1300). They were supposed to ship within 2-4 weeks, but with COVID, everything is delayed. I am pleased with the final product -- but became very frustrated with the delays in response time from customer service. Website said 2-4 weeks delivery expected during COVID times. 6 weeks passed and I called (they were not taking calls -- you have to email) and finally a response after the 3rd follow up. Everything Cheryl wrote is 100% correct. I ordered a swing in April 2020, paid $1,600. September 15, 2020, I still have not received my swing. They do not reply to emails and you cannot reach anyone by phone. I also have contacted the attorney general. I went as far as to contact the manufacturer of the swing, A&L Furniture.
