If you want a 6 month delay from order to installation date, riddled with non-existent customer service and missing installation parts, then order from here. Their customer service is the most unprofessional and inept group of people who never pick up their phone or answer the emails. They will not move an inch to think of alternative solution unless you keep emailing them every day like it's your second job. Run for your life.... This company is run by unprofessional staff. It starts from the sales person Kevin that comes and presents the company as a family oriented company, great company bla bla.... after the sale was made he is no where to be found, he never answers his calls, texts from that point onwards you deal with the company. Working with Window Design Group has been the worst experience. We signed the invoices to have new windows and doors installed in May 2019. It is now January 2020 and we still don't have a front door. They have delivered the wrong door 4 times. They won't let us cancel the order but can't get the correct door delivered. I recently had Brandon come out and give me a quote for windows and shutters. I was amazed at all the differences and choices that were out in the marketplace in doing the research it was overwhelming... I saw their ad for $13.95 per foot shutters and called the company. By the time Greg added in the installation fee it was $19 per foot and then tax. He said they were the ones who built it, but they didn't have a plant, either. It was either coming from China, from another company or from Mars as far as I could tell.
