The team at Shore View Financial was wonderful. They worked with me consistently and tirelessly. I am so happy that I found Shore View and did not give up. I started with this company in early 2015 and I must admit it was an adventure. It took a long time to get our mortgage done but we finally got it done. Thank you Shore view financial for making my modification happen. After 6 years struggling, not able to sleep because I was losing my house. I hired an attorney who I paid her $1000. Ann Dewelle and the rest of the Shore View Financial team were incredible. They did exactly what they said they would do within the time frame in which they claimed they could get it done. The only way they failed to meet their promises was that they actually got me a BETTER outcome then they originally projected. When I first started the process, I was skeptical. I attempted this a few years ago with another company and the only thing they were able to negotiate was taking the money owed, because I fell behind, and added it to the end of the mortgage. We were also involved with BOA and went through several refinancing "scams" only to end up with a percentage rate and mortgage payment higher than it was before! I was a bit skeptical about working with Shore View at first because we had entered into a working relationship with a different company and got nothing but taken. I was stuck in a spiral with my lender, had tried the modification process 5 years ago (nightmare), tried to re-fie since market came back, and ended up having to resort to trying to modify again.
