Poor customer service . I have never been treated so poorly in my life for reasons that I am still trying to figure out . They said they would not repair our car port ( even though we knew it was out of warranty and was willing to pay ) . I purchased a 19 by 21 in 2014. Although there were a couple of scheduling issues to be dealt with, the gentlemen in the main office were easy to deal with and made sure that we got our carport. I purchased a 22ft wide X 26 ft long X 8 ft high carport from Handi-port,,,, Wilson Manufacturing inc. approx 14 months ago. Recently we had had a snow fall and the carport collapsed onto my 4x4 ford pickup and GMC Yukon. When I purchased this carport I ordered the optional heavy duty truss at added cost and it still fell onto my trucks.
