I had to follow up several times about scheduling before a crew came out. When they did, they brought along two kids with them! The kids kept peering through the windows, putting their faces against the glass, and taunting my pets. Well, kids will be kids so I just chalked it up to a dad doing the best he could while his kids were out of school for the summer.
