This past weekend I started demolition for a kitchen upgrade. Since Koch Homes refused to accommodate my non-functioning stove— I upgraded myself. In previous communications they agreed to assist with the stoves heating inability. They later retractef. During demolition I discovered the floor was laid after my cabinets were installed. We are having a home built by Koch. When we signed the official contract and plans for the home, it was indicated all the units like the air conditioner, electric meter, etc., would be placed on the opposite exterior wall of where are courtyard would be. This was important to us because the courtyard is small, we didn’t want any equipment in the yard. Koch Homes placed the electric meter smack dab in the middle of our courtyard.
