Worst experience of my life and I'm an engineer. It was a battle to get things correctly fixed. Sooo many things were screwed up and needed repairs. They slap you with numerous requests to pay them more money than is in your contract. Things like thousands extra for more concrete because plans called for 12" footer but code was 18".
