If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. These people have to be stopped. I cannot afford an attorney as a low income elderly. GuideOne Insurance is after me for money that I don't owe them. They did not send me even though I requested WHY and WHAT these charges are for. I reported them to FTC along with a letter in writing asking what this was all about.
