Student Loan Exchange is a SCAM. They are NOT authorized to repay your student loans. They are NOT approved by the U.S. Dept. of Education. They are NOT accredited by the BBB. The only 'service' they actually provide is accessing your social security #, FSA ID, and student loan account to process consolidation paperwork that is actually FREE through your loan provider. Back in March Student Loan Exchange told me that by September 1, as I requested , they would be able to consolidate my two loans together, and I would be free of Nelnet and have just Fedloan. Again they said this would be done by September. 1, 2017. It did not happen. The contract states if not 100 percent satisfied you get a refund. I Want my money back !!!! Read More »

I was able to get a pretty good program done after trying with my student loan servicer for over 3 months and getting nowhere. The guys here helped me in 10 days and i think they are great. very friendly and good customer service and didn't cost me much at all. James G Read More »
