They say it's preprogrammed and charge $109. Then when it arrives it says they couldn't program it. You need a locksmith any way. Same keyfob in Amazon is less than$40 without programming. They wouldn't refund. Beware they're products are refurbished. Read More »

The following is an email I composed to the dispute department of my bank. Ultimately this issue was only resolved by disputing the charge and being reimbursed via my bank. Terrible. I entered the year, make and model on their website. Three choices came up. I very carefully selected the one that matched mine exactly. After a week it finally shipped out to me and was one of the ones that had to be programmed by a locksmith. I paid a locksmith to spend 30 mins trying to program it and then he discovered that it was an incorrect key fob. I ordered the internal circuitry for a Honda key for 9 bucks. Then I asked how it would recognize my car. I was told a locksmith would have to program it. I asked them to cancel the order, which had been placed less than an hour earlier. They're charging me $6.99 for the cancelation. Went on line and bought a remote for my 2017 Tundra and it showed programing Instructions below the product description. When I get the remote, it says it can not be self programed and I have to go to a locksmith to program. If you try to return you get the run around on the phone and they charge a $10 restock fee. Got a remote from them, got it programmed by them. It works great and they did a good job on it. I am glad that I didn't have to go to the dealership and really I hate going to a store at all. This made sense and worked out well. I actually researched the cost of my remote too and they actually quoted the dealership price low. I saved more than what they had listed. :) Read More »

I was confused when I first looked up a remote for my vehicle. There was many to choose from, so I called them. Customer service was very helpful to explain it all to me to make sure I got the correct one. Now finally have a working remote again. Local customer reposting a review I wrote elsewhere: Lost my second remote key for my 2000s era SUV and needed a quick replacement. Called them to confirm they had my key+fob in stock, went to their location and had them laser cut and program the key and was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Paired the key to the vehicle my self. No problems whatsoever. If you're ordering online, just pay attention to what you are doing and find a reliable automotive locksmith in your area. Read More »

Do not buy from these crooks! They sent out two keys for a 2011 Mazda. I took them to a locksmith, who informed me that one of them had no chip in it and the other had the wrong chip. The locksmith sold me two keys that worked. After getting the first key programmed, you can then easily program additional keys yourself. Bought 2 remotes for a vehicle and when they arrived did the programming procedure and was able to get them to work ONCE! The second time they would only lock the vehicle, not unlock it, not open the trunk, not set off the panic alarm. I can imagine one remote being bad but BOTH? I hate even have to give these people a star, for how poorly they treat their customers. This company doesn't deserve any revenue and these employees damn sure don't need to get paid. if I wanted to be treated like crap I'll just walk down the street and ask for a fight. I am having to wait until Monday for a key I ordered when I paid for overnight. STAY AWAY! Don’t make the same mistake I did with this company. I can’t remember a time I was treated so poorly as a customer. 1. First, I waited a month expecting my RAM remote to be delivered. I called and was told they were on back order. This would have been nice to know a lot earlier, I shouldn’t have to contact them to find this out.
