I ordered and paid for a sworn translation Dutch-Spanish. I received a certified translation with a certificate that says that the translator is certified for Englis Spanish. When I complained, I was told that they do not do sworn translations and certified only English-Spanish. I asked for a refund but they want only give me a credit, that does not serve me at all. The Spanish Group is NOT a certified translator with the Spanish government or local autonomous communities but advertise their services as such. Their customer service department will try to upsell a “notarised” version of their translations for an additional fee but as this is notarised in California, it is worthless for customers in Spain. I requested translations of documents from Ecuador, S.A. that I need it to renew my driver license in Toronto, ON. I explain all details to the person handling my business, and he confirmed by email and phone that all certified translations will be good to use in Canada. I payed and got the translations online, went to the local Ministry of Transportation, and they did not accepted those translations. They are not certified for Canada.
