I would have to say anyone thinking about looking for some SEO help for their small business should look somewhere else and not waste your money. I thought the work they did was incredibly poor, and in the end probably created more harm than good. I also found the customer service very poor and they often came off very rude. When they spoke to me about doing seo work I made it clear I wanted them to focus on on-site seo before off-site. After the first month they only did off-site. I spoke to my manager and told her that I didn't want to continue for another month until we reviewed it together. They went ahead and charged me for the following month and then wouldn't prorate it when I wanted to cancel. Also, the 'content' they wrote for me was so poor I had to disavow the links. I purchased one of their premium packages for a thousand dollars per month. Late in the first month, they decide to log onto my account for the first time to update the webpage. They barely made any fixes. They didn't fix any of the known problems. The changes they made dropped my Google ranking from page 11 to page 22. They are supposed to be pros. We've been working with Boostability for our E-Commerce / Sales website for the last year or more. Our website was pretty new among other well established competitors. The increased ranking of our organic keywords has definitely helped offset how much we spend on adwords. After the 3-month trial period I gave this company I saw absolutely zero return on my investment with their SEO services. Then when I wrote to my acct manager informing him of my wish to cancel, somehow he overlooked or maybe just ignored my request and continued to bill my credit card for a fourth month.
