It was a very negative experience with Carryl Johnson, mistakes made on file caughtt by us the seller, unresponsive to questions, extremely rude and unprofessional and all documented.made a very high stress situation compounded. Not all escrow companies are created equal. As an agent representing a buyer you are at the mercy of whomever the sellers chooses as the escrow company. I am a real estate agent; tried them for first time - never again. Terrible job handling the escrow. Did not collect updated HOA balance info when close to closing so used the original/outdated info for escrow close. As a result, seller is dealing with an incorrect balance due to HOA. Additionally, HOA management company says they did not receive any of the HOA monies collected from buyer. What a mess they made. Read More »

I worked with Monica Diaz and Krystina Rosen who are both assistants to the escrow officer. The officer left the company in the middle of our transaction and these 2 ladies kept the ball rolling. Escrow closed exactly as scheduled. Amongst the confusion of loosing our escrow officer, Monica and Krystina really stood out.
