Website is definitely 3rd rate crap. They tell you your card is no good to try again; then they hit your account twice! No one ever answers phone or responds to emails to try and correct matters! My dad has been trying to call for almost 2 weeks and both phone numbers listed on the website have full mailboxes - so no messages can be left (in addition to the fact that no one answers). I've tried emailing them 2x and have gotten no answer either. All my dad is trying to do is place an order and give them business - but I guess they're not interested... Horrible customer service... I have been doing business with this company for over a year, therefore, I felt confident in ordering something new from them. BIG BIG MISTAKE!! I placed my orders, plural, but ordered and paid separately. My first order was perfect and the exact quality and fat shipping I've come to expect. My second order, however, is a whole new story. I placed an order on April 1st and as of yesterday, the order had still not been processed.. I paid for the 3 day delivery but 6 days later, the order is finally processed; I still won't receive the order for another 3-4 days and the customer service line goes directly to voicemail; I have yet to be in contact with anyone who works there.
