From day one Maggie presented herself as a professional, she took the time to explain in detail what we were to expect while going thru a re-fi. I have had the pleasure of working with Kurt for a refi a few years back and more recently a purchase. Both experiences could not have been better. He even found a mistake from our previous lender and was able to fix it without me providing another penny.
