Reliable Appliance Service installed a Daikin ductless system in 3 rooms for us. They arrived when they said they would, they were polite and friendly, and they did an excellent job. Had a problem with cooling of my refrigerator as well as leaking water. Reliable Appliance Service was very prompt in responding to provide same day appointment for technician to come out. The technician was very efficient, quick and came prepared with potential parts based on the Model number and problem description. He fixed it in no time. This company should not be in business. The repairman came to my house to fix my Viking cooktop. he looked at it and said he would have to order a part and ask for a $250.00 to pay for the part. He replaced the modular. My husband told him it was the burner not the modular and he said no you need this. He replaced the modular and now he asks for $450 and my husband paid him. NOT COVID COMPLIANT - UNSAFE!!!I called Around the Clock and apparently this is now where your call goes. DO NOT use the. The technician was dismissive and irritated by my questions. Incredibly Rude. He did not wear gloves, socially distance or wipe anything down and was coughing. I had Reliable Appliance Service come to repair my refrigerator. The freezer fan was making lots of noise. The repair visit did not correct the problem. Now, after leaving four unreturned calls at 800-767-4040 for the technician and three for his area supervisor to call me back, I still have not been able to have the 90 day warranty work honored. VERY UPSET!!! I called them because I thought they were a reliable company. Demetri came took a picture of the manufacturer tag, didn't even turn it on. I had to turn it on to show him what it's doing. But he quickly turned if off and told me, you need a control part for $480. You could tell he was not there to repair anything, he didn't even have any tools on him but was quick to say you needed a part that was not needed. Service man spent 45 minutes at our home, replaced a pressure switch that could be bought for around $50.00, then charged us $597.00. Where do you get off charging that much for labor that takes less than one hour? You can count on this: We will never recommend your repair service to anyone, not even our worst enemy. Called to get service on a Bosch dishwasher that was not draining properly. Explained problem over the phone to dispatcher who insisted service tech must check out machine to diagnose. Service call was $50, but deductible from fix, so sounded reasonable. Guy shows up, walks to dishwasher, opens it and writes down the serial number. Says "You need a new pump."
