I had tried for the last 2 1/2 years to get a refinance for my home and everyone we talked to said there was nothing we could do. I received a call from Five Star Financial group and I didn't believe they could help me. this is my second time using Five Star since 2012 and i could not be happier. Mike Mann is truly one of a kind, he not only modified one of my homes in 2012 which saved me $866 per month!! ANd is now also getting me a refinance on another property thats bringing my INTEREST RATE down from a 5.875% to a 3.625% on a 30 year fixed loan.
