I was in the process of finding additional information to refinance my home's second mortgage by combining it with my first. Many companies responded but none took the time and effort that Loyd Lucas did to try to come up with a solution. I knew it would not work, but Loyd took additional time to investigate overnight and promised to call me at 10:30 the next morning. He did, but unfortunately my LTV was not what it should.
