This was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had. On top of that, I spent well over an hour researching the different companies to choose from. I signed up with Telzio about half a year ago to get a local number in USA for my business in Denmark. We're launching our service in US, so we need a local number there. The signup was easy and I was able to do everything I needed in about 30 minutes... My only problem was to set up my IP phones, but their chat supporters helped me get that working pretty easily. Been using telzio for several months now. It took me about 10 mins to sign up and I was able to keep and port my current 5 numbers. The system is so easy to use and I am able to manage and change my greeting, forward calls and set up as many extensions as I need for no extra cost. Unlike their competitor rc which was a nightmare for me and I had phone issues all the time.
