I was very skeptical since my first contact was via the phone. The contact told me that based on their preliminary information, they could insure that I would be able to refinance at a lower fixed rate. The process of buying a home and applying for a loan is a very stressful process. Oscar made this entire process easier, less stressful, and helped us make the best decisision. After 4 years of harassment by many mortgage companies trying to tell me they could help, a young man called me from United.
