Our spring broke, called based on reviews, I am impressed! They not only repaired the spring, but also cleared up issues with the cabling that attached the spring to the door. Most importantly, without being told, he advised that out garage door was "too heavy" and needed a stronger spring. That was true since it took two of us to open it when the power went out last fall.
