Love this place! The second I walked in I was welcomed and made to feel I belonged here. The studio is small, but serves its purpose well. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. The classes and instructors here are amazing! The workouts are not only challenging, but extremely fun because of the environment the instructors create, the music, and the diversity in combinations and moves. My fiance and I joined two months ago and already have experienced a significant increase in energy and muscle definition. I love kickboxing is the best place to go if you want a fun and exciting place to work out lose weight and get all the inspiration from staff and other members. I love being able to go in and talk with them as people and not trainers, they are just like us and want to see us succeed. I love walking into this place every time I can get in a workout. It's always my first choice for my daily activity because it is perfect for my taste in fun, active and high energy workouts. Absolutely love the atmosphere at this place, every single class is a high energy with all the trainers being positive. I signed up with Groupon and have been hooked ever since. I hate gyms because I get demotivated the minute I get there, but this place has high energy music, high energy instructors and workout routines that change daily; I expected it to be fun, but hitting and kicking a bag is way more therapeutic than I even expected; you'll be sore, but if you go as often as you can you'll feel less sore, stronger and more motivated every time. I was very excited to start kickboxing at Richmond Hill, especially since the facility was so spacious and clean. I just started Ilovekickboxing of a Richmond Hill and I am IN LOVE with the entire atmosphere. I absolutely love ILKB. I have tried crossfit and orange theory and other gyms. All of which I have burned out on or dreaded going so much that I had to force myself to go even 2 times a week (which is usually all I could afford because those are so expensive!) Absolutely love working out here! Everything about it is amazing - the staff, the warmups, the workout, etc! The workouts are intense and give you such a feeling of accomplishment when you make it through the hour. I loved working out for the longest time but as I got older and got busier, I lost the enjoyment, the motivation, and the time.
