We contacted this company in order to obtain a loan modification. They were great about following up and getting the loan modification paperwork and contract to us. Then we paid $6400.00 and the problems began. they kept saying they were working it out with the bank and the paperwork was almost done. Never received my mod. Was given the run around all the time. Always putting us off. Tomorrow, tomorrow ,tomorrow. For 10 months we trusted these jerks and ended up w/ bad credit, way behind in our house payments and just a long useless waste of time and patience. I can't count the times we were told we are almost there. Any day now. Of course when push came to shove they stopped calling and would not return any of our calls. We lost $4000.00. Don't even bother with this company. They never did what they were contracted to do on a loan modification. They never even contacted my bank, even though they had sent me a contract advising us that the mortgage modification had been approved. Now I'm facing foreclosure fees added to my existing mortgage, a credit rating that has dropped, and additional payments added to the backside of my mortgage, because they told us not to make any mortgage payments.
