We were referred to Eric Whitcomb through family due to their overall satisfaction with the refinancing of there loan. We could not of asked for a more pleasant experience. In fact we were told by other companies that we would not be able to do a refi because of our short sale history. Eric worked hard to get us a good rate and was informative every step of the way. I currently did a refinance with Eric Whitcomb. I would recommend him to anyone. He was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and delivered on everything he said he would do.
