Great company, excellent service; direct and no fuss. Found LPD through a local housing agency because we didn’t qualify for anything locally and our lender Cenlar kept giving us the run around on documents. Truth be told we had a previous assistance the lender at the start of the pandemic and but fell behind again 7 months ago so they didn’t want to help us again. Do not do business with this company. I wasted 2 years and thousands of dollars with them supposedly trying to get a modification with citimortgage via Ce lar. I found lenders direct when I did not think there was any solution to the situation. over the course of our journey together, Zeke walked me through every step of the process, acted as my advocate, and occasionally my shrink. I was having problems with mortgage tried litigation and modification Dovenmuehle was dual tracking and drag out process , for over 6 months. Excellent relocation service, Judy helped us work with our lender and Local Real Estate Agent to sell our house that was worth 78k less that what we owed. We were also behind about 13 months in payments with no chance of getting current. We were so happy to sign up to work with Lender's portal Direct Chris Harrison and Nicole and Dan Taylor were so up front with us and when ever we needed them they were there. Excellent work by Lenders Portal Direct! We were 2 months down on our mortgage payments with lots of credit card debt and they still helped us drop out rate from 6.75% to 4.875% and got us current. Unfortunately our home dropped in value over the past 3 years because the county decided to label our area a flood zone even though the water has never been hear us. We found having a small loan of 65k nobody wanted to work with us because we were delinquent and the loan size; not enough money in small loans apparently. We shopped rates quite a bit on our own including trying Lender T** before coming across LPD, we were surprised at the low rate and costs. LPD Saved my ass and I don't mean that lightly. I was in foreclosure an the bank was ready to take my home. Once I submitted my application I was approved for their program in less then 5 days. It was a fairly easy process... mostly a waiting game. Customer service was great, and they were able to modify my home loan. I had tried to contact my bank directly several times and they always denied me, giving one excuse or another. I am so glad I made the choice to go with this company, my rate is even lower than if I had refinanced and the savings on my loan is way more than the cost of the service. I received a mail piece from Lenders Portal Direct, spoke with Zeke about my mortgage in detail. After returning my call with the program approval and details of what was available, it all made financial sense. I was also provided a refund if they where not successful, so I provided what they requested and off we went. 3.5 months later, they actually got me a better payment than expected.
