If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This company has the WORST customer service of anyone I have done business with. Not only did it take nearly three and a half weeks to receive my order,( a table with 4 chairs) it came in completely broken and unusable. The company takes DAYS to respond to your emails. IF there was anything below the ONE STAR I would give it to them. Never knew when the furniture would get delivered, Paid for WHITE GLOVE service which included getting to have the furniture delivered when you wanted it to be. Got a call one day that they were on their way to deliver, never showed up. Was told that their truck BROKE down and it would be a week later. My entertainment center arrived in pieces. It looks like a forklift went through the side of the box and someone re taped it to hide the damage. I emailed pictures to The Classy Home on Saturday, called them on Monday, emailed them on Monday and called them again today. The person I spoke with said that the team that handles this is backed up and will get back to me when they have time. I said that I am not waiting any longer and that I needed to speak with someone. I placed my order in late September and it said it would ship by October 2nd at the latest. I felt that was a little long to wait but considering the price. Then it didn't ship, and I decided to give them until the following week to have it shipped before calling to inquire about my order.
