I contracted Greenville Locks to install 3 deadbolts on the exterior doors of my grandmothers home in SC. I was assigned to Jim and explained to him exactly what lock type I wanted and what doors to install the locks on. I was not at the home on December 24th when the locks were installed but had spoken to Jim the night before and given him very clear direction.
