I placed an order, decided the identification process was too onerous compared to other vape companies I order from. I canceled the order 3 minutes later. Their website says you must cancel within 45 minutes. They are refusing to honor the cancellation/refund, and they will not ship the product either. Stay away from this company. Read More »
